As we forge ahead in our 21st season, we are more committed than ever to our long-standing mission of producing important new plays that explore the social, political and cultural issues of our time. With each new production, we continue to expand our understanding of the world, to see it from a new perspective and put the issues facing us today into a broader context. The Philadelphia Inquirer proclaimed recently “InterAct is on a good run!” Last season’s productions – HOUSE, DIVIDED, BLACK GOLD and FROZEN - were three of our top five best-selling shows in our 20-year history. Ticket sales in our 20th anniversary season shattered all previous records; and bucking national trends, our subscriber base continues to grow, enabling us to achieve our budgeted projections each year. Clearly our audience believes that InterAct matters now, more than ever!

Your generosity makes it possible for us to produce not only the main stage season of plays, but other important programs such as the multi-award wining InterAction educational outreach workshops for “at risk” youth, as well as the newly launched 20/20 Commission program. Though this program InterAct will offers twenty playwrights awards to write important new plays exploring the major issues we will face in the next twenty years.

Support InterAct through a gift of stock! If you transfer stock that has been held for more than twelve months, and which has appreciated in value, you may take a charitable deduction for the full present fair market value, and you will pay no capital gains tax.

The easiest form of charitable estate planning is naming InterAct Theatre Company in your will through a bequest provision. You may specify an asset, an amount of money, a percentage of your estate, or a variety of other designations.
