TICKET EXCHANGES
As an exclusive benefit available only to subscribers, you have the option of exchanging your tickets to an alternate date should the need arise. To make arrangements for an exchange, please call the Box Office at 215-568-8079 or email the Box Office. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only.
There is no charge for exchanging tickets, this is a free service available to subscribers only. However, if you exchange your tickets to a performance outside your original subscription series, you may be required to pay an Upgrade Fee (please refer to the chart below). Applicable upgrade fees must be paid at the time of the exchange.
You will be asked to destroy your original ticket as it will no longer be valid and cannot be used for admission. Your new ticket will be held for you at Will Call to be picked up prior to the rescheduled performance.

PRIORITY SEATING
This season InterAct is proud to offer Priority Seating. When the house opens (approximately 20 minutes prior to curtain) subscribers will be invited to enter the theatre first. This means you will have first choice of seating over other patrons. For those subscribers who require special seating consideration boyond Priority Seating due to a medical condition please contact the Box Office at 215-568-8079 to make arrangements.
LOST & STOLEN TICKETS
Should your season tickets become lost or are stolen, please contact the Box Office at 215-568-8079 as soon as possible. A record of the incident will be made and you will be issued new tickets for your performance. Your new ticket will be held for you at Will Call to be picked up prior to the performance.
MISSED PERFORMANCES
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or give credit for missed performances. If you find that you are unable to attend one of the plays included in your subscription, please contact the Box Office at 215-568-8079 to donate your tickets. Ticket donations are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged in writing. Ticket donations may be made until curtain time of your performance.
