SHOW CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations due to inclement weather or other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be canceled, InterAct's Box Office will make every attempt to contact you in order to notify you of the event and make arrangements for attending an alternate date. Should you not be able to attend a performance due to servere weather, InterAct does not offer refunds when a performance has taken place; however, “emergency” exchanges can be made up to two hours prior to curtain time.
LATECOMER SEATING
Latecomers will be seated completely at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate seating break that allows for the least disruption of the performance for the actors as well as the rest of the audience. Please keep in mind that due to the design of The Adrienne’s Mainstage, only a certain number of latecomers can be accommodated without total disruption of the performance. If you know you are going to be late for your performance, please call the Box Office at 215-568-8079 so that the House Manager can be prepared.
CHILDREN ATTENDANCE
InterAct productions are not intended for children, and we ask parents to please use discretion when bringing minors to our performances. While it is up to you as the parent or guardian to decide whether or not a show is appropriate for your child, we do recommend they be at least 16 to attend our productions. Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted. Please contact the Box Office at 215-568-8079 for specific information regarding each production.
