Box Office Policies

Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final. There are no refunds for ticket or subscription purchases.

Exchanges are available for the following:

  • Single ticket exchanges incur a $3.00 fee per ticket, plus any difference in price that may occur.

  • Subscribers may exchange tickets with no fees. Should a ticket be exchanged into a higher-priced performance, subscribers only pay the difference in subscription price.

  • Flex Subscribers exchange for no cost -- learn more here.

Performances will occur as scheduled unless the City of Philadelphia is closed by the Mayor’s Office. In the event of a cancellation, the Box Office will make every attempt to notify you and arrange attendance for an alternate date. InterAct does not offer refunds due to severe weather. However, emergency exchanges can be made up to two hours before curtain.

Pick-Up & Late Seating

Single tickets are held at will call within one hour of performance start time. Subscribers will have tickets mailed to them prior to the first show of the season. Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours.

Late seating is solely at the discretion of management. Once the performance has been in progress for 10 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee a seat. Doors typically open 20-30 minutes before curtain.

General Admission

All seating in the Theatres at The Drake is general admission.

Subscribers are invited to enter the theatre first for priority seating.

Wheelchair accessible, as well as companion seats, mobility, and audiovisual accessible seating is available. Seating requests should be made prior to show time by calling the Box Office at 215-568-8079 or emailing

We do not recommend bringing children under 16 to InterAct productions. We ask parents and guardians to use discretion when choosing a performance. Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted. Please call the Box Office at 215-568-8079 if you have any questions as to the age appropriateness of an InterAct production.

ACCESS Cardholders can use their card at InterAct for just $2, thanks to ACCESS Philly, a city-wide initiative led by Art-Reach.

How It Works: It’s easier than ever. By simply showing your ACCESS Card paired with a valid photo ID when purchasing admission or tickets, Cardholders pay the deeply discounted rate of $2 per person for the Cardholder and up to three additional people!

ACCESS Restrictions: Guests must present a valid ACCESS Card along with a photo ID to receive the discount. All purchases must be made in person during box office hours. One (1) ACCESS Card admits up to four (4) people at a rate of $2 per person, or allows the purchase of up to (4) tickets at a rate of $2 per person. The discounted price is to be paid by the visitor, not through their EBT card. The ACCESS Philly discount is not valid on special exhibitions or features, special events, or with any other offers or group rates. You can find out more about ACCESS Live here.

Photography and/or videography of any kind is strictly prohibited in the theater. Equipment will be confiscated and violators are subject to immediate ejection from the theater with no refunds.

Please silence all electronic devices before entering the theater, or leave them with House Management.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building.

On the Thursday before the first ticketed performance of each production, InterAct hosts a public pay-what-you-can final dress rehearsal. All proceeds from this final dress rehearsal go directly to one of our community partners such as Warrior Writers, WOAR (Women Organized Against Rape), Asian Arts Initiative, HIAS PA, and more.

To learn more about our pay-what-you-can, contact the Box Office at or (215) 568-8079.

Please note that our pay-what-you-can final dress rehearsal is subject to production needs—in the event of actor illness or requested rehearsal time, this rehearsal may not be open to the public.
