Jess DeStefano is a Philadelphia-based production and stage manager.  Previously, Jess has also worked in various management positions with Theatre Exile, 11th Hour Theatre Company, FringeArts, Team Sunshine Performance Corporation, New Paradise Laboratories, Flashpoint, Shakespeare in Clark Park, Maples Repertory Theatre, and Mauckingbird Theatre Company.  Jess has a passion for fostering young theatre technicians and managers.  Outside of the theater, Jess serves as Judge of Elections in her division in South Philly.  Black lives matter.  Proud member of AEA.
