Box Office Policies
Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. There are no refunds for ticket or subscription purchases.
Exchanges for the 2022-23 Season are available for free to all ticketholders up to 24 hours in advance of your performance. You do not have to be a subscriber to exchange your tickets.
Performances will occur as scheduled unless the City of Philadelphia is closed by the Mayor’s Office. In the event of a cancellation, the Box Office will make every attempt to notify you and arrange attendance for an alternate date. InterAct does not offer refunds due to severe weather. However, emergency exchanges due to weather can be made up to two hours before curtain.
Check-In & Late Seating
InterAct uses digital tickets—no print tickets necessary. Audience members can check in for their performance at the box office up to one hour before the show begins. Please have the name of the ticket purchaser and, if possible, the email confirmation available.
Late seating is solely at the discretion of management. Once the performance has been in progress for 10 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee that you will be seated. Doors typically open 20 minutes before curtain.
General Admission
All seating in the Theatres at The Drake is general admission. Subscribers are invited to enter the theatre first for priority seating.
Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible, as well as companion seats, mobility, and audiovisual accessible seating is available. Seating requests should be made prior to show time by calling the Box Office at 215-568-8079 or emailing boxoffice@interacttheatre.org.
Children
We ask parents and guardians to use discretion when choosing a performance. In general, we do not recommend bringing children under 14 to InterAct productions. Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted. Please call the Box Office at 215-568-8079 if you have any questions as to the age appropriateness of an InterAct production.
ACCESS Philly
ACCESS Restrictions: Guests must present a valid ACCESS Card along with a photo ID at will call. One (1) ACCESS Card admits up to four (4) people at a rate of $2 per person, or allows the purchase of up to (4) tickets at a rate of $2 per person. The discounted price is to be paid by the visitor, not through their EBT card. Pay-What-You-Can
On the Thursday before the first ticketed performance of each production, InterAct hosts a public pay-what-you-can final dress rehearsal. All proceeds from this final dress rehearsal go directly to one of our community partners such as Warrior Writers, WOAR (Women Organized Against Rape), Asian Arts Initiative, HIAS PA, and more.
To learn more about our pay-what-you-can, contact the Box Office at boxoffice@interacttheatre.org or (215) 568-8079.
Please note that our pay-what-you-can final dress rehearsal is subject to production needs—in the event of actor illness or requested rehearsal time, this rehearsal may not be open to the public.
