Jonathan Spector (Playwright)

Seth Rozin (Director) co-founded InterAct in 1988 and has since served as Producing Artistic Director. He has directed 67 InterAct productions, including 31 world premieres, that have collectively garnered 58 Barrymore nominations (and 16 awards). He has also directed productions in Los Angeles, New York, and across the Philadelphia region. Seth is the author of more than a dozen plays that have been produced across the country and in Australia, and he is the recipient of two fellowships from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the National New Play Network’s (NNPN) 2007 Smith Prize, a commission from the National Foundation for Jewish Culture, and two Barrymore Award nominations. He has twice served as President of NNPN, as well as serving on the Boards of Philadelphia Artists Collective, Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia and New Paradise Laboratories. He co-founded Philadelphia Scenic Works in 2016 and MusiCoLab in 2018.

Chloe Kincade (Stage Manager) (they/them) is excited to be joining the InterAct team for the first time for This Much I Know. They are a freelance stage manager in the Philadelphia area, previously working on The Holy Fool (Ninth Planet) , GIRL DOLLS: The American Musical (The Bearded Ladies Cabaret), Small Ball (Philadelphia Theatre Company), and POTUS... (Arden Theatre Company). Chloe is a graduate of Ball State University, holding a BS in Theatre with a concentration in Directing and Stage Management.

Avery Hubert (Production Assistant) (she/her) is a Philadelphia-based stage manager and theatre technician with a passion for working in new works, devised works, and theatre for social change. Her recent credits include: Muleheaded (Passage Theatre Company), Dutchman and The Slave (Passage Theatre Company), and Nice Work if You Can Get it (Rider University). Avery graduated from Rider University with a B.A. in Theatre Making and Tech and Design. Nick Embree (Scenic Designer) has designed sets for 150+ productions in Philadelphia and the region. His previous InterAct design credits include Rift – or White Lies, Permanent Collection, Uncanny Valley, Silverhill, and God’s Man in Texas, among others. Nick taught design at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia for 20 years and helped to create two BFA design programs there (Theater Design-Tech & Film Design). He was Visiting Associate Professor at Cornell’s Performance and Media Arts Department in 2024-2025. He is currently teaching theater design courses for Rutgers University - Camden. This year, he was nominated for a Barrymore for Can’t Forget About You, produced by Inis Nua. Nick is a member of USA 829.

Alison Roberts (Costume Designer) (she/her) is happily returning to InterAct after her last show, Straight White Men. After acquiring a BA in Theatre from Rowan University and an MFA in Costume Design from Illinois State University, she has been freelance designing in the Greater Philadelphia Area for the last twenty five years. She’s worked with the Arden Theatre Company, Inis Nua Theatre, Delaware Theatre Company, Theatre Exile, 1812 Productions, Lantern Theater Company, Theatre Horizon, Villanova University, Montgomery Theatre Company and Philadelphia Theatre Company.

Lindsay Alayne Stevens (Lighting Designer)is excited to return to InterAct as the lighting designer of This Much I Know. Other InterAct designs include Walden (2026 Barrymore Award Nominee, Outstanding Lighting Design), The Last Parade, Selling Kabul, Moreno, and Quixotic Professor Qui. Her credits span theaters of all levels, from La Jolla Playhouse to Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC). Clare Wislar (Props Designer) (she/her) is an artist for film, theatre, and real life based in Philadelphia. Clare is a full time freelance artist and Facebook marketplace enthusiast. She has recently accompanied an award winning show to the 2026 Edinburgh Fringe Festival as their scenic and costume designer, and is a current Barrymore nominated props designer.

Peter Schmitz (Dialect Coach) is a Philadelphia-area actor, teacher, and historian - as well as being a dialects maven. He was dialect coach for InterAct’s production of Broken Stones (2017) and performed in Jihad Jones and the Kalashnikov Babes (2009) and When We Go Upon the Sea (2010). A graduate of Yale College and the NYU Graduate Acting Program, Peter is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s Department of Theater, and lately he has been researching and writing about the history of Philadelphia theater. His book Adventures in Theater History: Philadelphia was published in 2024 by Brookline Books, and his podcast (ALSO called Adventures in Theater History: Philadelphia), can be found on any podcasting app! Nick Wacksman (Master Electrician) (he/him) is excited to be returning to InterAct Theater Company this season. His past shows with ITC include Moreno, Quixotic Professor Qiu, The Last Yiddish Speaker and The Climb. For the past 3 years, Nick has been studying theatrical lighting design and electrics at Temple University. He enjoys working in educational environments where he can help young adults see the artistic values and expression in theater production.

Equity is governed by its own members through an elected Council, representing principal actors, chorus actors and stage managers living in three regions: Eastern, Central and Western.
