Tom Helmer returns for his tenth season, his first production being The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Diety in fall of 2009. During the Drake renovations in fall 2015, Tom had the opportunity to stage manage DISGRACED at Philadelphia Theatre Company. Over 90 productions as an AEA stage manager includes work with Act II Playhouse, Totem Pole Playhouse(PA), Weston Playhouse Theatre Company (VT), Delaware Theatre Company, Oldcastle Theatre Company (VT) and Actors Shakespeare Project (Boston). His long-ago acting credits include John Adams, “1776”, Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre, Louis Howe/Bert Healy, "ANNIE", Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, Howie Newsome/Sam Craig, "OUR TOWN" and Bob Cratchit, "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" at Delaware Theatre Company. Tom is a former National Councillor (2004-2009, 2011) of Actors’ Equity and former Liaison Chair (1998-2004, 2009-2016) of the Philadelphia AEA Liaison Committee.
